All activities happen in or around the Demolition Field, in the heart of Harewood Forest on the private estate of Lord Camden.
There is plenty of parking on the Demolition Field, the location for most of the activities. There is also some parking near the railway.
Start and Finish Time
The event will officially start at 10am and finish at 4pm. The registration for the 10k run starts at 9am and other registration times are listed on the individual pages: Running Cycling Shooting
There is no entrance fee for the event as such although there is a charge for individual activities. Some of these can be pre-booked, including the running and cycling. The event is organised in aid of The Countess of Brecknock Hospice in Andover and we will ask you for a donation for the programme which will be available as you enter the event.
Please see our home page for a list of activities and events. There will also be plenty of stalls and entertainment for you and your family.
There will be plenty of refreshments on sale at the event and all in aid of the hospice.
The event is held in the middle of a field in the forest. Access to the field is by road but the ground at the Demolition Field where the main event takes place is uneven and there are no paths or hard standing in the field. This may be challenging for wheelchair users and people with other physical disabilities. Access to the railway is slightly better. There will be disabled toilet facilities at the Demolition Field and the railway.
